This Privacy Policy describes how CEO Inc. (“CEO,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses and discloses the Personal Information we collect about our users, including jobseekers, recruiters, employers and guests (any and all of the foregoing “you”), when you use CEO’s websites, including, www.ceoinc.com, www.xcentri.com, and related pages (individually and collectively, the “Site“) and the services available through each (the “Services“).

By using the Site or the Services, you consent to the data collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that would allow a third party to learn your identity or contact you, including, for example, your full name, address, telephone number, or email address.

We track clickstream data and other data to monitor utilization and to improve customer experience. We use this information to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our Site, analyze trends, track users’ movement on our Site, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the Site and our Services, and to deliver customized, personalized content.   • With employers, recruiters and others posting job information on the Site. All jobs posted on the Site are believed by us to be provided by third parties legitimately seeking applicants for available positions; however, we are not liable for the actions of these recruiters, employers, hiring managers or other third parties and their use of your information is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Please be aware that such parties may share your resume with others in connection with their search for candidates for available positions and as CEO has no control over such parties, there is a chance your resume may also become public. In such circumstances, we cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Privacy Policy, the law, or your personal privacy.
  • With contractors and service providers who perform functions on our behalf.
  • With advertisers, sponsors, and investment firms (however, we will not provide these third parties with any Private Information of the Site users.) CEO may use aggregate traffic and demographic data information to make the Site advertising more contextually relevant. As the Site provides free services to users, advertising dollars help CEO make money. If the ads are more contextually relevant, they will be more interesting to Site users. Kindly note that once you leave the Site and are interacting with an advertiser, CEO is not responsible for your dealings with them. Use discretion.
  • To comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal process, such as in response to a subpoena.
  • To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use or this Policy, or as evidence in litigation in which CEO or its affiliates is involved.
  • CEO may share aggregate traffic data and demographic data with the following third parties: advertisers, sponsors, and investment firms. However, we will not provide these third parties with any Private Information of the Site users.

 

Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies.

CEO uses “cookies” and other tracking technologies to collect information about you and about your use of our Site and Services. We use this information to enhance and personalize your experience while using of Site and Services, to track user activities in order to understand how users use our Services, and to improve our Site and Services.
