POSITION: BRAND MANAGER

LOCATION: SOUTHEAST

POSITION SUMMARY

 We are seeking a Brand Manager to increase top of the mind awareness of our market leading product brands within the industry through management, development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives in support of the brands. Monitor brand performance, brand competitiveness and product trends within the marketplace through market research and analysis. Work closely with marketing department and cross-functional departmental team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Develop and execute advertising and social media communication strategy in accordance with corporate marketing objectives ensuring consistency with product line positioning strategy; manage strategy budgets and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)

§ In collaboration with the appropriate Europe team members, coordinate advertising and social media campaigns as required

§ Increase visibility, influence and brand recognition within key industry groups through event participation and promotion of key technical personnel within event technical programs as well as across SMT and Semicon industry segments

§ Manage layout and design of communication mechanisms including presentations, newsletters, event support materials and research papers in support of sales goals and to ensure alignment with the company’s corporate identity; update and maintain the corporate design manual as require

§ Develop and implement marketing strategy in support of corporate goals including workshops, webinars and customized training programs

§ Lead development of all media communication (including website, YouTube, digital and print media) and collateral material including brochures, technical specification documents, video presentations and promotional material; manage website content, continually improve SEO and analyze effectiveness using Google analytics or similar metric. Coordinate content messaging with department personnel as required.

§ Direct management responsibility for Marketing and/or Junior Marketing Specialist(s)

§ Ability to travel and participate in events and trade shows, as necessary

 

REQUIREMENTS

§ Requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing tactical marketing programs

§ Demonstration of strong project management, organization and problem-solving skills

§ Detail oriented and able to develop strong working relationships across teams and disciplines including colleagues located in other geographic regions

§ Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and presentation skills including demonstrated ability to handle many assignments simultaneously
