About the Company:

Our client is a leader in the plastics manufacturing industry, with over 51 years in the business.  Their Color, Compounding & Additives Division, is a leader in color and additive concentrates, and technical compounds for the plastics industry, with manufacturing facilities in Garfield, New Jersey, and Jasper, Tennessee.   They manufacture colorants for a variety of critical applications such as food, cosmetic and medical packaging; bottles and closures; toys, horticultural, and industrial products.  In addition, they produce high performance custom compounds across all resin systems including flame retardant, anti-stat, structural, wear resistant and TPE materials for injection, extrusion, blow molding and rotational molding applications.  They are a leader in single-pack, pelletized additive concentrates for anti-stat, anti-block, fungicidal, flame retardant, UV and surface enhancement applications.

The Opportunity:

They have an exciting new opportunity for a Territory Business Manager, who will provide sales coverage for new and existing color and compound accounts in the territory below. We are looking for experienced sellers, capable of identifying new target accounts and closing new opportunities, while continuing to develop and maintain a solid existing account base. 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred- Business or Technical Degree

5+ years Sales Experience with Color Compounding Industry

Willing to travel 50% of the time

LOCATION:

This is a remote position that you would work from your home and travel to customers within the assigned territory. Candidates can live anywhere in Indiana, Ohio or Michigan.
