SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage large and mid-scale projects
  • Design and select layout of buildings, infrastructure, and production machines
  • Design, select, install and maintain packaging, decoration & assembling equipment
  • Search and recommend equipment for specific projects
  • Negotiate with vendors
  • Work closely with downstream specialists from Company
  • Train machine operators and maintenance personnel onsite
  • Follow up regularly to determine performance level of installed equipment (labor, scrap, maintenance cost, energy consumption, etc.)
  • Recommend analysis for process improvement and problem resolution
  • Provide support to Plant and Assistant Plant Engineers in the US

Your competencies and qualifications:

Experience:

  • 4 year technical degree preferably electrical or Automation
  • 5 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably within plastics industry

Qualification/Skills:

  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Excellent Electrical and Automation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Proficient with computer applications (e.g. Power Point, Excel, Access)
  • Must be willing and able to travel at least 70%
