Are you an engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and working directly with customers? Join our team as an Application Engineer and play a key role in bringing engineering solutions from concept to production.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and develop application solutions.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, and OEM requirements.
- Support DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, and PPAP activities.
- Support prototypes, product validation, customer launches, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and program teams to resolve technical issues.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in application engineering within the automotive, commercial vehicle, off-highway, or heavy-equipment industry.
- Knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP, and APQP.
- Strong customer communication and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings, CAD models, and SAE/ISO/OEM standards.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
